Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 798jl website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by 798jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments.

Account Registration

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 798jl reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, and to retain any funds held in that account pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account with 798jl. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 798jl may close all associated accounts, combine balances at its sole discretion, and void any bonus or promotional benefits obtained across those accounts.

Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 798jl account or any rights attached to it to any third party.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 798jl account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your 798jl account.

You agree to notify 798jl immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 798jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from any unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to 798jl.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 798jl account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where available — this is strongly recommended for all 798jl accounts.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 798jl platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any 798jl content;
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or display any 798jl content to any third party without prior written consent;

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings as a result of a technical error, service interruption, or system malfunction;

• Loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

798jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit 798jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The 798jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 798jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content on it.

Privacy and Data Protection

798jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms part of the overall agreement between 798jl and each registered player.

By registering for a 798jl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 798jl Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given specific consent — marketing communications.

• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC requirements within the specified timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Evidence that a player is under 21 years of age;

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, 798jl reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The majority of disputes can be resolved through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.

798jl operates under a valid PAGCOR licence. Players who believe that a dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the official channels provided by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

Amendments to These Terms

798jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
